Gallery Update - Neue Bilder

In den vergangenen Monaten sind viele neue Bilder entstanden - die meisten davon auf Film. Einige Highlights habe ich für meine Homepage zusammengestellt und ein Galerie-Update vorgenommen. Viel Spaß damit

Nude Art On Film - again
Heute hatte ich das große Vergnügen "Arcticas Nightmare" im Studio begrüßen zu dürfen. "Arcticas Nightmare" ist ein Tattoo-/Fetisch-/provocative Photography Model aus Bremen. In ihrem Tumblr-Blog zeigt sie einige sehr (!) provokante Bilder. Das war aber nicht der Grund, weshalb ich gern mit ihr arbeiten wollte. Vielmehr begeistert mich die Vielseitigkeit und Kreativität, die Models aus alternativen Szenen oft mitbringen. Außerdem gibt es mir die Möglichkeit, meinen Bildstil mit etwas offensiveren Aufnahmen zu erweitern.
So war es auch heute - ein paar Ergebnisse kann ich hier schon zeigen. Eine Doppelbelichtung auf Fuji FP-100c und ein sehr klassisches verdecktes Aktportrait. Beide Bilder habe ich mit einer Polaroid 100 Trennbildkamera aufgenommen und mit Studioblitz beleuchtet.

Today I was happy to welcome "Arcticas Nightmare" in the studio. She is a Bremen based model specialized in tattoo-/fetish-/provocative photography and very well known for her very (!) provocative images, that she shows on her Tumblr-blog.
Obviously, that´s not what I´m after…I have learned however, that non-mainstream models often are much more creative and a real pleasure to work with. Hence it´s my chance to extend my shooting style in a more offensive direction - a tad only, of course

New Developer Spuersinn "Joe"
I just completed my 5 rolls of Tri-X using the brand new Spuersinn "Joe" for roll 4 + 5.Take a look at the image below: it is 95% unretouched. Only a bit of sharpening (due to the imperfections of my Scanner) and some minor corrections on the background.
Joe works surprisingly well; I used the suggested 1+6 dilution and developed according to the preliminary manual (6:30 Min., Ilford agitation).
I really like the results. Can´t think of real improvements that might be necessary. So, thank you Spuersinn for giving us photogs some kind of "New Age Rodinal"
